Appraisals and Ebooks should have instructions forwarded to you within a few minutes after payment.  There will be a link in your email to the appraisal information and a link from a webpage that appears after payment is received.  Occasionally your email program will stop this link from being returned or may break the link into two sections and this will disable it.  If you have problems, please try copying the link into your browser window, or contact us directly so that we may send the link in a more direct format. 

If you are not satisfied with your Online Appraisal process or the content of an E-Book, we do offer full refunds if you contact us within 24 hours.
